Acxiom Acquires SmartDM To Enhance Integrated Solutions to Mid-Sized Enterprises
LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 7, 2005--Acxiom(R) Corporation (Nasdaq:ACXM) today announced it had acquired SmartDM, a full-service direct marketing agency based in Nashville, Tenn., that offers comprehensive direct marketing services and information management for mid-sized companies.
