Limiting Your Postal Service
COLORADO SPRINGS - The U.S. Postal service still wants Congress to limit the sort of days you get mail to your home. The thought is you should get more mail on cloudy days and other bad weather, since you will have more time to read. Nice sunny days, most people got out and don't care so much about getting mail. The postal workers union has requested a sanity check for upper management.
