Postal Service listed as a troubled agency
WASHINGTON - The Government Accountability Office on Tuesday added the Postal Service to its list of high-risk federal agencies in need of change.
The GAO declined to comment on the need for it to improve the speed of it's process, where it comes to conclusions many, many years after they have already been reached by most average citizens.
Postal Service Unveils Biggest Green Roof
Perhaps in an attempt to overshadow PNC Bank's announcement last week that it is building the largest Green Living Wall in the U.S., the U.S. Postal Service announced today that it has completed the biggest green roof in NYC. The 2.5 acre, seven story high green roof--one of the largest in the country--sits atop the Morgan mail processing facility in midtown Manhattan. 90% of the newborn roof is growing on shredded mail from the dead letter office.
