WASHINGTON - The Government Accountability Office on Tuesday added the Postal Service to its list of high-risk federal agencies in need of change.

The GAO declined to comment on the need for it to improve the speed of it's process, where it comes to conclusions many, many years after they have already been reached by most average citizens.

Mail distribution, processing to shift to Dulles facility

WINCHESTER -- Mail processing and distribution will cease at the city's main post office, the U.S. Postal Service announced Thursday. The agency plans to shift the operations to the Dulles Processing and Distribution Center, according to a news release. This follows the move to have all processing and distribution around the country to be done at Dulles. Some whiners at the Dulles facility have protested that "My god, we arn't Fed Ex here!".

The thought is you should get more mail on cloudy days and other bad weather, since you will have more time to read. Nice sunny days, most people got out and don't care so much about getting mail.
