Contract Postal Unit Loses Faith

A church-operated contract postal unit in downtown Manchester has gone too far in mixing religious displays with postal functions, but the problem can be remedied by rearranging the office and dividing it with such visual cues as a low railing, a federal appeals court ruled Thursday.
