Who you are: The ideal candidate is a proven individual contributor currently in the online advertising business. In addition to expected industry skills and knowledge, you have a substantial rolodex with clients and agencies that will allow you to hit the ground running. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of sales experience, ideally in media & advertising. Strong preference will be given to those in online advertising or who have a specific background with issue advocacy or political advertising. A strong and verifiable track record in attaining aggressive new sales goals through the full sales cycle is expected. Ability to call and network with high level business and agency decision makers is essential.

Your Responsibilities: Include aggressively managing the entire sales cycle with new and repeat business including prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, presentations, contract negotiations, client service and entertainment. While this position entails a high level of individual responsibility, teamwork, collaboration and integrity is expected.
